Toastmaster 1739 HAND BLENDER
This is the first scale I have owned that is consistant and accurate every time. My other scale would differ as much as 4 lbs with in a few seconds. I don’t understand review saying it’s hard to use. You just step on it and wa-la…your weight! My 15 month old son finds it very entertaining to step on and see the screen light up. Looks great sitting out all the time in the bathroom. I have even used it to get weigh small items for shipping. I weigh myself, then again holding the item and subtract the difference. The minimum weight to register by itself is 4.5 lbs, if I remember correctly.
Great scale, great customer service, well worth your money!

I bought this to add storage to a Wii. It’s compatible and offers a lot of additional space for purchased games.

“The Catcher in the Rye” is one of the most poignant coming-of-age novels ever written, and Holden Caulfield is one of the most amusing narrators in American literature. However, he’s also one of the most annoying. When I first read “Catcher” several years ago, I was in awe of how Salinger created an almost-real human being out of imagination, ink, and paper; a few years later, when I tried to read it again, I couldn’t get past chapter 4. Either I had matured, or Holden hadn’t, or maybe a little bit of both; but the main reason I’ve never been able to re-read “Catcher” is because of Holden’s adolescent whiny-ness, which wears thin after the first few chapters. I wholeheartedly recommend reading “The Catcher in the Rye” — it is, without a doubt, a literary landmark — but I would qualify my recommendation with this reservation: It’s not the end-all be-all of American literature. Read it, enjoy it — and then move on to bigger and better things.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
I LOVE reading books on my kindle, but I am concerned about the trend I see in pricing! James Patterson’s 9th book in the women’s murder club series was just released. The kindle version is MORE EXPENSIVE than the hardcoverbook! Kindle is marketed as low price books. This is really bad. I hope they aren’t going to start increasing the price of the books.

The Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 price was terrific…much lower than any where else. I loaded it onto my computer and it works well.
