I bought the Omron HJ-112 digital pocket pedometer to replace a totally unsatisfactory Sportline model. That one stopped counting accurately after three weeks.
The Omron is great. It counts my steps accurately and does not pick up non-walking movements, such as moving in my office chair.
I like the memory feature a lot. Friends will ask me how far I’ve been walking, and I can tell them. My office started a walking program (60 days from Raleigh to San Diego in teams of 10). A few of my co-workers have cheaper pedometers that they are not happy with. Those pedometers are not giving them accurate numbers.
The aerobic steps feature is another one of my favorite things about this Omron pedometer. It does not start counting aerobic steps until you’ve reached 10 consecutive minutes of walking. I aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic walking each day.
Keeping track of my physical activity is easy with the Omron pedometer. I have also been tracking my food and beverage intake and have managed to lose 30 pounds in five months.

The book came in perfect condition and included a student cd for video learning. The content itself is a bit redundant and tends to jump around. This makes learning, the exact process of CPR, like trying to follow a maze. “Dumbing down” the presentation of the processes in the book may be a smart consideration for the American Heart Association.
BLS for Healthcare Providers
This scale is perfect. It is accurate and easy to use. The display is large and illuminated. What more are you looking for? Buy it. It’s that simple.

This pedometer is accurate, but the large clip causes the pedometer to stick out 1 1/2 inches away from the body. Not cool under a fitted T shirt. The safty clip couldn’t be pried open with a sturdy butter knife. Usless,so I threw it away and use a small safety pin. Pocket only pedometer.

I thought this book was wonderfully written. The characters were rich and each had a distintive point of view. The author did a great job on weaving the lives and time period into a thought provoking and at times funny story. Five stars for this first time author.

Being retired and an avid reader of all types of books, it was keeping me poor buying all the printed books that I wanted to read. Then along came ebooks and after doing a lot of research decided to buy the Kindle.A great move book prices are a lot lower in the e book section and the Kindle works great. If I could work out how to get the time right in my time zone then it would be near perfect.

This does exactly as advertised. The downside is removing the hair from the brush after only one brush, but that is a result of it working so well. I just about filled a trashcan with all of the fur removed!
