I bought these for an 8 month overseas deployment. They worked great. They are great if you are limited on the amount of bags you can take with you. I also bought the Shark Turbo Hand Vac – EP033TN for about $20 to take with me. If you pack with Space Bags and you don’t have a vacuum to repack on your return you are pretty much going to be hating life. It is small and lightweight; perfect for travel.

I have a 3rd generation iPod 20GB. I really have no complaints expect one major one. Apple needs to offer balance control (PAN) for those of us who may not hear equally well from both ears. It’s extremely ironic that Apple doesn’t offer balance control as Steve Jobs himself has hearing problems. Why Jobs hasn’t pushed for a prime directive for all Apple’s iPods/iPads/iTouchs/iPhones to offer balance control is so beyond me. There is a huge market for people with hearing problems who want to balance the sound coming out of either headphones.

The actual main character (Artemis Fowl) was despicable. I doubt I will read anymore of these “Foul” books. I gave this two stars only because I really liked the main fairy Holly and had to finish the book to find out if her and her compadres were okay. The book should center around them instead of an unlikable snotwad like Artemis Fowl.
