I am using this camera for a Digital Photography class and needed a camera with decent bang for little bucks
after looking over a bunch of different cameras this one had the advance features that I needed. It also had a very good price. Overall this purchase has been great

I’ve had an S2 for three years or so (just replaced it with an S3), and I’ve found that the battery life is VERY dependent upon use of the rear-panel color LCD display.
I spent three weeks in the UK in 2004 with the S2 and no charger, so I made a major effort not to play with the color display. I went nearly all three weeks and took 1800 pictures on three sets of NiMH batteries (I finally put a set of alkalines in two days before the end of the trip).
The Lithium cell life depends mostly on flash usage. I usually got four to six months on a set. If one dies in the field, you can use the camera without them. Only the flash doesn’t work.

A diehard twi~mom i am so happy to have the collector edition of ‘Twilight’. i fell in love with the story right from the beginning and have enjoyed reading the book over and over again. the collector edition has a neat feel to the pages with the rough edges and the contrasting red on the chapter titles, it makes it just feel like a special book, with a bit of an old fashioned feel for such a timeless story. definate must have for anyone who collects books or loves the twilight saga.

This carpet cleaner does a good job. It is ironic though that it is called a “steam” cleaner and there is no mention of using hot water in the manual and the unit does not heat the water to make steam. So, I used water I had heated to a boil and did not use any soap at all. This did a great job and dried quickly.

The book is already bad enough (not going to comment on that further) but the reader Illyana Kudushin’s voice acting did not make the book any better. She was a bad voice actor and put on a poor performance. The book is long-winded enough already and the audio book will make these flaws seem more obvious because the Illyana enunciates every word ever so slowly. She puts intonations and pauses in all the wrong places, pronounces some words funnily, and over all narrates the book (Bella’s voice) with an annoying tone of an immature angsty teen (imagine the tone of voice you would use to imitate a bratty teenage girl). Edward Cullen was suppose to have a sexy melodic voice, but since the reader does a crappy job and probably can’t deepen her voice, his dialog just ends up sounding ridiculous. The book was already tedious and unnecessarily verbose with Meyer’s excessive and ineffective use of “descriptive action words” and dictionary word. That with the bad voice acting made me want to cut off my ears by chapter three and punt a kitten (I like kittens but I was so frustrated). I wasn’t reading the book, so I couldn’t throw anything across the room (not my MP3 player!).
I highly suggest you either don’t read the books at all, but if you want to find out first hand just how bad the series is, at least don’t listen to the audio book. You’ll want to jump off a cliff after an hour of it.
