what can you say about a book that delivers time after time. i get something very different from it now than when i was sixteen. it still matters, for a new set of reasons, and that’s what makes it great.

This cleaner is very easy to use and works well – It is a little heavy to move around but only when full of water (and if the tanks were smaller you’d have to keep refilling – so better to be heavy than have to refill every few mins. and I guess you could fill it half way if it was a big deal). The biggests downside is the brushes underneath. They are round spinners and the are are turned by one of the brushes so I’m waiting for that to break and the rotating brushes to stop working. Best part about the machine is the suction – it has a strong suction and leaves the carpet fairly dry.

I purchased this external HD to backup my desktop harddrive. The design of the unit is rather plain, but the appearance is not important to me since I basically keep it out of site in my armoire anyway. Works well and is large enough to backup all my home videos from my HDD camcorder.

Read/write speed is quite fast especially compared to my old NAS drive I had before getting this drive. It has a fan on the unit for cooling but the fan is very quiet. I barely notice the fan. It only has USB 2.0 which is fine for the most part. But it would have been nice if it also had an Ethernet connection so that I would not have to keep my desktop turned on to back up my laptop. But at this price point, I don’t really expect ethernet capability so I didn’t knock any points off the drive due to lack of this.

Where I felt this drive lost points is it does not have any sort of auto-shutoff feature when I turn off my desktop. And the one-touch software that comes with it generates new folders with each backup so you can run out of space easily. I would prefer folder synchronizing rather than creating new directories every time. So I use Microsoft SyncToy instead. Finally I wish that I had the option to use this drive on its side. The rubber feet and vents on the bottom mean that this drive was meant to lie flat. At least it is very compact for a 3.5″ fan enclosed external drive.

Bottom line, I would recommend this drive. It serves my purposes and for the price is hard to beat. Only time will tell if the drive lasts.

The friction mount is a little large, but the stability can’t be beat. It easily fits on the dash of all three of our vehicles. But more importantly to us, it’s so easy to remove. No one needs to know we have a GPS. We never liked the window mount…it always left that tell-tale circle that lets anyone who is interested see that you had “something” mounted there.

We have used it a few times and we are very impressed. Light weight with good power whats not to like. For the price of this vacuum we feel like we made a great purchase.

Aegis Portable 640 GB I hardly ever give 5 star reviews, but this thing is perfect! Small size, large capacity, no power cord needed. Just plug into a USB port and back up your data. And easy to carry off site or …

Very happy to receive this item sooner than promised. No problems at all with this card. It is very quick with my Panasonic Lumix and I look forward to taking as many pictures as I want without having to swap out smaller memory cards.

Also, love your frustration free packaging. Less trash to spread on the earth. Keep up the good work Amazon.

I was not impressed with the book. Yes, it is intriguing and well-written. But the “wisdom” is what I would expect an articulate, well-versed liberal arts professor to say. So much of it is what we want to hear, what we want to believe. I felt like Neale created a God that placates people, tells them what they want to hear, tells of the wisdom of this age. I have read and studied several religious texts, from the Bible, the Koran, the Torah, etc. In my studies I came to know that the Bible holds the truth of God – but this is a realization for all of us to have individually with God. I actually picked up CwG before I came to believe in the Bible – and I put it down after I read it thinking that the book was filled with man’s wisdom. I had a course in college that taught the same thing. I was seeking God’s true wisdom and studied Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, etc.

This book is nothing new, and tells people what they want to hear – not the truth of things. I don’t think God was the one moving Neale’s pen, I believe it was Neale’s own thoughts and wisdom moving his pen.

So, you can choose to listen to God’s truth or Neale’s truth. But this book is clearly full of Neale’s truth. The book takes basic modern-day mysticism tenets and attributes them to God moving Neale’s pen so Neale can enlighten the world.

I don’t understand why anyone would pay 10 to 20 times more for an HDMI cable. This one is perfect!
